Quentin Crisp · Trans Woman · Digital Download (in support of Do Not Fade)
"At the age of ninety, it has finally been explained to me that I'm not really homosexual. I'm transgender. I accept that now." Quentin Crisp
A high resolution digital download of my portrait of Quentin Crisp as the trans woman she finally named herself to be. Print at home, print at A3, or keep her on your wall and your screen as a small daily act of remembering.
100% of the sale price from this download goes directly to Do Not Fade, a new trans-led short film by Quentin's great-nephew Adrian Goycoolea, co-written with Juliet Jacques, that imagines Quentin transformed into Orlyn Crisp, a young trans woman moving through time and gender to find herself alive today.
The film is being made by an all-trans-led team including Lavinia Co-op, Lexa Rowley and Elios K. Douglas, in partnership with Trans+ On Screen. Every download helps it reach the screen.
