Every t-shirt and sweater is printed to order after you buy it, so nothing gets made that nobody wants and nothing ends up in landfill. It also means a returned item usually can't be resold, so please check the size chart on each listing before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do this:
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery via our contact page.
- Post the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Once we receive the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you'd rather exchange it for a different size, we'll print and post the new one once the original is back with us.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or give you a full refund. In this case we cover all postage. None of this affects your statutory rights.
