Trans people have always existed. As part of a trans history series, we honour Harry Allen, a trans man born in 1882, in Seattle, Washington.
Harry was allowed by his mum to wear masculine clothing from an early age. He wasn’t wealthy. He worked as a bartender, bouncer, ship hand and cowhand. He was an aspiring prize fighter and a skilled boxer, often in trouble with the law.
This is an Art Print (29.7 x 42cm) printed on 100% Recycled Paper
