Shipping and Fulfilment Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 working days of receipt. Delivery times can vary, depending on your location and the delivery option you have selected at checkout. Any timescales listed below are estimated, and can vary depending on many factors. Once parcels have been handed to the courier (Royal Mail) all timescales are out of the control of Fix Fisher, but we will endeavour to help with shipping queries in any way that we can. All timescales are valid from the date the order has been shipped, rather than the date the order is placed.

For orders in the UK: 

• Standard delivery is 1-3 working days 
• Special delivery is guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following working day

For orders outside the UK: 

• Standard delivery is estimated to take 2-4 weeks 
• International Tracked and Signed delivery is estimated to take 1-3 weeks

If this timescale has passed and your parcel has not arrived, please reach out to us here, quoting your order number and the issue, and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
